Blackbox testing

It is also called functional testing, focuses on the outputs generated in response to selected inputs and execution conditions. The functionality is determined by observing the output to the corresponding inputs. It is checked by using both valid and invalid inputs. Black box test cases are based on the customer requirements. The aim of testing BRS is to test every single requirement is to be tested at least once. The first test case is the success path for the requirement, it is to execute some desirable functionality of BRS without any error conditions. The other way of testing the functionality is by executing failure paths, that is intentionally giving some kind of errors that the booking clerk or the administrator can accidentally input while each transaction. The tests are planned in such a way that more troublesome and risky requirements of BRS are tested first. This allowed more time for fixing the problem before delivering the product to the customer.
