I got a page rank 2 domain and worked a lot in posting articles and bringing the visitors.But now the page rank has gone in the recent Page rank updation by goolge.I have wasted my money in it.So now it is my advice to better get an fresh domain from reliable source or own a blog through blogspot and work to get many visitors.If your article is going to be catchy then you will be getting many visitors and your site's traffic ranking will get increased.Hence it is my advice that do not waste money in getting domains and create your own domain.Getting blog in blogspot is free for you and have a good blogging experience!
