I do not know why these software peoples make their recruitment hunt very early.Before we complete our college they are recruiting us,but not giving us the job quickly.They are taking their time to give job for us.It is not fair on their path,We students are in such a bad position like an cat on the wall.Not able to decide what to do in these holidays and not having the mind to switch over to some other profession.This still make us lazy.So it is better to switch your career in your own field of interest.
