There are many factors in day to day life that affects our health.Continuously watching television, computers affects our eyes.Restless and Sleepless nights affects the function of our brain.Fast food cultures are driving us to state of imbalance diet and lack of nourishments.The pressure arising due to work natures,day to day problems makes us nervously weak.All these are unavoidable and can not get rid of it all of a sudden.Its our duty to maintain our health properly.
